On Sunday I was not too hungry, so I ended up not eating until around dinner time.
At that point I made a sweet potato and covered it with cinnamon, cumin, garlic powder, mrs dash and some butter.
I had intended to run home for lunch today, so I did not bring anything, then I got a meeting set up that did not allow me to come home. Luckily they had veggie chili and fruit in the cafeteria.
I did add cheese and crackers to my chili.
Tonight for dinner I heated up 2 veggie burgers.
I am loving the new way of not counting calories, I eat when I am hungry and now am turning to healthier option. I am excited, I think there are clothes I may fit in to that I either never wore, or wore only 1 time.
