KETO : Changing the way I think about food: Wednesday 10th

Finally we were going to get off the ship. I was still full from last nights dinner, so I just grabbed 2 chocolate pastries from International Cafe.

We had intended as a group of 9 of us (no Nan or Debbie) to catch a cab to go to a secluded beach for snorkeling. The cost was going to be $225 round trip, so we said NOPE. With the weather being so bad, I opted to go back to the ship. Later I was able to get Deb and Nan to go out to do some shopping.

Before Deb, Nan and I went out, I had a egg and cheese on an english muffin (if you read the last few days, you can guess where this came from)

and some Pineapple juice. Deb ordered apple and they brought this by mistake

Back on board, we had some lunch.
Here is where I started to take some pictures of the signs for the foods I was eating.

cheese and a bean salad rounded out my lunch.

At the hotdog stand they had burgers and they offered a veggie burger. I ordered 1. It was 8 minutes into the cooking process that the cook told me they take 15 minutes to prepare. Turns out it was pretty good, but it was mostly a potato burger. I added pickle relish and mustard to it. Was good, but NOT worth the 15 minute wait.
