Breakfast was the last of the apple oatmeal.
Snack was a key lime yogurt.
For lunch I had chili and a BAG of corn, Yes a bag of corn.
It was steam in the bag. 240 calories for the whole thing.
Then at 1:30 we had a company meeting. There they had veggie trays out with
mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, celery and cucumbers. With ranch dressing.
I had 2 of the little snack plates. The first had ranch, the second did not.
When I got home I made the shepherd's pie that I had take to work, but did not eat.
Tonight I went to LA fitness and did walking laps in the pool for about 30 - 35 minutes, then I went a hit the racquetball around for 20 - 25 minutes. Not a strenuous work out, but at least I moved around.
